New Year - New Project - Picture Me
Happy 2012. A new year brings change and new ideas, and that’s exactly what’s happening at Spare Tyre. This year we kick off our new project Picture Me: celebrating the voices of women.
We are delighted to be returning to the New Diorama Theatre in March with Picture Me to celebrate International Women’s Day.
Picture Me will bring you global stories from women young and old, compelling readings and truthful performances. It will feature excerpts from Yasmine Beverly Rana’s The War Zone is My Bed.
With Picture Me our focus returns to celebrating the voices of women from a contemporary perspective.
